Founded by Jesus Vidal and Joel Polanco, J&Z Painting and Remodeling was established on a clear vision: to deliver exceptional results with the integrity, professionalism, and precision that discerning clients expect. With over a decade of project management and leadership experience, Joel provides clients with clear communication, reliable execution, and projects completed on time and on budget.
Joel is an avid runner, enjoys cooking, and loves watching movies, always finding inspiration both inside and outside of work. For Joel, the most rewarding part of his job is seeing a client’s vision come to life—turning ideas into beautifully finished spaces and knowing he helped make those dreams a reality.
