Founded by Jesus Vidal and Joel Polanco, J&Z Painting & Remodeling was built on the idea that great work should come with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Jesus enjoys playing soccer and salsa dancing in his free time, bringing the same passion and energy to his work as he does to his favorite activities. Joel Polanco

With over a decade of project management and leadership experience, Joel provides clients with clear communication, reliable execution, and projects completed on time and on budget.

Joel is an avid runner, enjoys cooking, and loves watching movies, always finding inspiration both inside and outside of work. For Joel, the most rewarding part of his job is seeing a client’s vision come to life—turning ideas into beautifully finished spaces and knowing he helped make those dreams a reality.
